ID Card & Lanyard Ordering

If you are a new staff member, please use our ID Card ordering form to order your ID Card and lanyard, please ensure that you have completed all the feilds of this from.

Information must be correct at all times, please ensure that you follow the requirements below:

• A nickname cannot be used, it must be your full name (nicknames can be placed in brackets)

  • Example of nickname formatting: (Alfie) Adric Hamel - Nickname is in brackets

• Photos edited with filters or colour edits will not be accepted

• If your eye colour, skin colour, hair colour or facial features have been edited, we cannot accept your ID

• You must upload a photo in which you are looking directly into the camera

• You cannot smile in your photo

• You cannot wear glasses or eye-colour-changing contact lenses

• You must wear either your school uniform, or formal clothing e.g: Shirt, Polo Shirt, Dress, Jumper

Your lanyard will take 3-4 days to be processed once your application has been reviewed.
